Try contacting a local workforce development office or the such.

To be a journalist, you need a degree in journalism. Perhaps someone else can advise you on becoming an advice columnist, however, excellent writing skills are essential.
Hopefully someone ill respond to the questions about requirements to be a dogwalker and nanny.
