I would go to North west Nannies institute
but Im not sure…
A lot of people say that I will regret it.
Any advice???
I always used to want to go to a university and become a teacher, but now I’m not sure.
I think being a live in nanny seems fun.

You don’t need to go to school to be a nanny. Start off by babysitting and gain experience then put an ad out there. Also getting CPR certified will help your chances greatly.

Depends if your market demands them. You could make some serious cash. In my markets in southern CT and LA, families pay up to 50K a year for nannies.

OMG… okay my best friend went to nanny school in oregon.. i have to say she loved it… she has so many memories and friends that she is so close to.. she made so many lifelong friends and shes so much happier.. the school gets you a job being a nanny and she loves her job… she has 2 kids shes with all day, a very wealthy family that does so many nice things for her.. the kids just love her and she is an amazing person.. i think if you love children you will like the job… it has completly changed her life around.. if this is what you want dont listen to what people have to say… my friend Annie loves her job and everyything involved.. so if this what you want to do … then do it.. she said it was such a good expereince… i think you would love it

I nanny during the summer for a family of 3 kids. I don’t really think you need to go to a Nanny school. Start babysitting and putting your name out there. Child care at daycares is expensive and it is much nicer to have someone be at home with the kids during the day or when they are done with school. Plus, it helps to have someone else to drive them around. Many families use nannies and like I said, if you put your name out there and get the word out, I’m sure you could find a job easily. It is a fun and rewarding job! I am too, going to school to become a teacher.
