The parents call the babysitter when going to work. While they are there the babies/toddlers cry from not being changed fed or put to bed. The babysitters just stand in the doorway and as soon as the parent or teen sibling comes home they run out the door. I have fired 7 babysitters but each one does the same thing. I have contacted EA but they told me search the web.

I have had some real good Baby sitters and some real art work ones. I find the more you pay the better care you will get. I have one child 3.5 I pay my current sitter $10.00 Hr and a set fee of $25.00 what ever is more. I think more often than not baby sitters don’t get much money for there time and that makes them feel less energetic and upbeat about the time they may have to spend time with some ones children. I found my new sitter from a local college in the ECE Program she is great and always does arts and things with my Son. Any one can be a parent or what not that does not mean they will make a Good baby sitter for some other person child.
If I was you I would try Local Colleges be sure to pay top rate they are your children can not put a cheap tag on the care for them. And CPR First Aid can also show the person cares to make sure that in the need of use they have the basic skills.

Well, im playing the sims 3 and i had that problem too. what i did was set a room for the baby.. to make it obvious that it was the babies room and added a chair and a bookshelf. When the sim leaves and the hire baby sitter before you leave question comes up click yes and she should go straight to the room and sit down. And when the baby cries she’ll do what she does. Sometimes the babysitters are lazy.. just like the maids and repairmen so u have to watch out. When ur sim gets back tell them to dismiss them if they did something wrong. Hope it helps!
