My wife is currently living with her sister in another county do to a court order. but her sister’s 3 kids treat her like a slave. Never picking up or cleaning up after themselves they are 20,18, 15 and their mother is never around due to her 2 jobs. I went balistic after my wife stayed with me overnight and I took her back to go to her job, after getting her apron for her job she came out with tears in her eyes saying the house was a wreak. after dropping her off I went back and I cleaned the kitchen, took out trash, swept the floors it was a war zone. i made enough noise that it woke them up and then i ripped their ***** for treating her that way. I stopped at my mother-n-laws and my wifes aunts house and told them what happened the in law said that my wife stays there for free so she should clean up but the point I make is how are going to learn if you baby them and wipe their ***** because they are too lazy. yes my wife stays free but look at what she has to do for it.
I say the 2 oldest, who have jobs should give my wife a little cash to help her out seeing as she does their laundry, cooks, cleans, wipes their noses etc.. you see were this is going. So what is the solution? My wife wants to get an apartment of her own until she can move back home because these 3 kids know that if they dont clean it up she will
alright…I knew this would come up so here goes….My wife was ordered by the court to live in the county she got in trouble with…for up to 2 yrs. she is NOT on home incarceration..its a drug court thing ( either this or jail) Now more into detail. Her sister has had child welfare called in the past yrs ago. yes they are old enough NOW. but they are that stage where the neighbors was complaining about the noise. the 2 oldest didnt have jobs at THAT time. they do now but are using the excuse I work, I dont have to clean up after myself their motherr is waiting for them to move out so she can do whatever she wants… YES they could charge rent but they could also LOSE the apartment for what those kids are doing

Why can’t your wife live with you? And they are all right she is living there for free so they don’t really need to pay her, they could actuallly make her pay rent if you start too much trouble

She needs to get her own place.
Living with them is more harm than good.
