How much should a babysitter get paid per hour?

If a babysitter babysits in your home, has access to your food, while babysitting a 6 month old baby how much should she get paid per hour? Should it matter what the age of the baby or child is at all when paying? Like what if the child was 4 or 11 or something like that? Does any of this make any difference?
Sorry let me add more info here, this is for a friend of mine who stuck babysitting for barely anything. She gets paid about 25 dollars for 2 weeks of babysitting that is about 20-30 hours a week. It pisses me off and I want her to know she should be paid more.
She is 22 years old and she is best friend’s with the person so she let’s it happen and she’ll do it at the last minute for her and everything. This woman does not even ask her if she can babysit. She actually sets up a schedule and expects her to do it.

A lot of security camera systems have the capability to record video as well as audio. The law is not well defined as to when it is legal to record audio. There are different circumstances when audio might be recorded. Here are answers to some of the pressing concerns and questions:

Maybe you’re right but think about the last few parties you held for family and friends – was there ever anything missing after the party was over?  Maybe you didn’t notice it missing for a while but what did become of your watch that was on the living room table during the party…

Why Public Records Are Useful To The General Public
