Yes and if she is u can have her put in jail. If you don’t and just find a new that even worse because she can get hired again and do it all over to some1 Else child

If I thought for one millisecond someone were hurting my child I would act at Superman speed to remove them from that person’s care. Why inflict torture on your child so you can have a ‘A-HA’ moment? This is more abusive then the abuse itself, as far as I’m concerned.
The most I would do is remove my kid and if she has contact with other people’s children, I would have a one-on-one talk with those parents voicing my concerns for that person’s behavior. It is up to them as to their reactions.

YES! Catch the sitter on tape and make certain he/she goes to jail. If you don’t, he/she will just go on to harm another child.

You can see if the baby-sitter’s using your phone, your computer ect.

You could do that, but that still involves exposing your child to more potential risk with the hopes that you will catch wrong-doing in the act. I favor a somewhat different approach. If I am the slightest bit uneasy about a babysitter, (with or without proof), they cease to be my babysitter…immediately. End of story, problem solved.

yes and then if she gets caught you can take it to the police and she will be arrested. then you can find a new baby carer. but this will have to be someone you really trust and know.

I wouldnt even go through the process to install a cam…i would just find a new baby sitter that i can completely trust…i dont want to give my child on someones hand that i feel uncomfortable with!!!

No because if she finds it she can put you in jail, for indecent recording of her because she hasnt given consent for it. the best way is to confront her about it or get a new babysitter

You damn right! With my temper, I would probably have already caught a case for even THINKING that someone was hurting my baby. My blood is boiling right now just thinking about it!
