10. do you or have you cared for your child at home, instead of going to work Yes, I didn’t go back to work until she was 16 months old.
11.do you belive the best place for a child to be raised is at home with their parents/guardian(s)? Yes, my mom watches the baby in our home when I work. I think its best for them to be with family. But daycare does have some benfits such as they get to socialize with other children.

D.Writing (even if its just their name) Uhm.. not yet, she’s only 18 mos. but she did start drawing circles yesterday! that’s something, right? lol..

11. Well it’s a tricky question, my children ARE raised at home with their mom and dad. They attend daycare where they are socializing and learning lots of different things. But me and my husband are the ones who are raising them.

How can it private if the answers are posted?
1. yes

2. female
3. me or my kid? 25 15 months
4. B.A. degree in psychology

6. not married
7.

9. My little girl is cared for by an in home sitter (family member)
10. I stayed at home the 1st 11 months
11. I believe the best situtation is a parent who stays at home, MOM OR DAD, i wish o could have done it longer, i think the next best thing is a family member caring for your child. But i do see benifits of a child being placed in daycare, they become better socialized, they learn to speak sooner, they are in prodcutive learning enviornment (which a SAHP can also provide).
12 A. shes not there yet… too young
B. She was speaking by 10-11 months, but she doesnt speak so much anymore
C. too young to read to herself
D. Too young to write
